Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Guide customers through product use, features, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide the best support possible.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with high-end consumer products is a plus.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
