As a customer service representative, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing information on products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in managing customer interactions and addressing any issues that may arise. Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to tobacco products and company policies.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Educate customers about products, including promotions and new offerings.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the tobacco or related industries, is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Understanding of tobacco products and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
