Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with queries concerning high-end coffee machines and their functionalities.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through product setup, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance advice.
  • Provide accurate information about product specifications, promotions, and services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the client database.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar environment is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with high-end consumer products, particularly coffee machines, is a benefit.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software.
