- Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, orders, and brand history.
- Swiftly address and resolve customer complaints while ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Offer tailored recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and client feedback.
- Collaborate with your team to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Capability to maintain poise and professionalism in dynamic situations.
- Genuine interest and knowledge in luxury jewelry and fashion are advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software is preferred.
