Italian speaking Technical Support agent for Search Engine - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the search engine and its functionalities.
- Offer clear guidance and solutions to help customers effectively utilize search engine features.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with the support team to enhance service processes and share best practices.
- Identify common problems and provide feedback for product and service improvements.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Prior experience in technical support or a relevant IT role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support software is a plus.
- A genuine passion for technology and helping users is essential.
