Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Technical Support Specialist for Consumers in Athens, Greece, complete with relocation support. This role allows you to leverage your technical skills while helping consumers troubleshoot a variety of technology-related issues. As a vital part of our technical support team, you will provide excellent service to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving their inquiries effectively. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to consumer technology products.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and offer clear explanations of technical concepts.
Accurately document customer queries and solutions in the support database.
Work closely with team members to share insights and improve service quality.
Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to enhance product performance and service processes.

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
Prior experience in technical support or a related IT field is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of consumer technology.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full support provided.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and troubleshooting software is a plus.
