Italian Speaking Technical Support for Consumers with relocation- Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to consumer technology products.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and offer clear explanations of technical concepts.
- Accurately document customer queries and solutions in the support database.
- Work closely with team members to share insights and improve service quality.
- Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to enhance product performance and service processes.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Prior experience in technical support or a related IT field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of consumer technology.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full support provided.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and troubleshooting software is a plus.
