Italian Speaking Technical Support Roles with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist customers in navigating technical challenges with clear, concise guidance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Contribute insights to help refine support processes and systems.
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in technical support or related IT fields is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking principles.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access.
