Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls to generate sales and acquisitions.
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively promote them.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer insights and market trends.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven experience in telesales or sales roles, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
