Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Italian Speaking Telesales and Acquisitions Agents in the bustling city of Athens, Greece. We are looking for passionate individuals who excel in sales and are eager to contribute to our clients' growth strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing sales processes, and closing deals over the phone. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flair for sales, we would love to have you join our vibrant team!

Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential clients through outbound calls to generate sales and acquisitions.
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively promote them.
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer insights and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience in telesales or sales roles, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
