Italian Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through setup processes and service features.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality and user experience.
- Gather customer feedback to suggest improvements for products and services.
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the tech or streaming industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Understanding of video streaming technologies and platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with all relocation costs covered by the company.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
