We are currently seeking a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service representative for a major Tobacco Company based in Athens, Greece. As a part of this team, you will assist Slovenian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat communications in Slovenian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide detailed information about product offerings and promotions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall service quality and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tobacco or consumer goods sector, is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of product regulations in the tobacco industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
