Slovenian Speaking Technical Support for streaming service - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding technical support to Slovenian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the streaming platform efficiently.
- Guide customers through technical challenges with clear and concise instructions.
- Accurately document customer inquiries and resolutions in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve the service.
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with good proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with streaming services and related technologies is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
