Slovenian Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Assist customers with the setup of services and explain various features effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and report findings to drive service enhancements.
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role within the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote working environment.
