Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, addressing their needs effectively.
- Resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Guide customers through processes and ensure their satisfaction with the service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to elevate service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with comprehensive support offered.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
