Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to Slovenian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes with clarity and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and accurately record the resolutions to technical challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback on recurring technical issues to aid in refining support processes.
- Fluency in Slovenian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is particularly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of communicating technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Ability to work independently while being an active contributor in a team environment.
