Officer / Assistant Officer

Job Posting Details

The Officer/Assistant Officer will report to the Director of The Master of Science in Biotechnology Program and collaborate closely with the team to support the program's administration and operations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Supporting program administration and logistics.
  • Assisting in student admission and registration processes.
  • Providing support for student activities.
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Assisting in compiling various reports, including data collection and surveys.
  • Undertaking any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess a recognized bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience for the Assistant Officer role or 3-5 years for the Officer role. The ideal candidate will be a team player with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Additionally, strong computer literacy, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with a high level of responsibility. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and work independently are essential qualities. Flexibility to work outside normal office hours is expected. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
