YOUR TASKS

Reporting to the Operations Duty Manager, you will work on 24-hour shift to supervise the Operations team for handling non-conforming shipments; conducting/coordination of warehouse searches generated by network trace requests; information updating for both in/outbound lodgment; distribution of operations equipment and providing administrative support to the Operations Department of Central Asia Hub. You will also be required to monitor your team’s performance, motivate sub-ordinates for good team spirit and assist the Manager on manpower allocation.

YOUR PROFILE

Diploma holder or equivalent with 5 years’ relevant experience, in which 2 years at supervisory level
Knowledge in air freight industry is an advantage
Good team leadership and communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
High level of energy, motivation, drive and quality initiative
Able to work independently, under pressure and shift
