Temporary Officer (Postgraduate Outreach and Admissions)

FYTGS is searching for a self-motivated, capable individual to fill an Officer position to perform a range of administrative duties about the effective operation of student recruitment and admission matters, including but not limited to:
- Handling PG student admissions and special schemes, liaising with various offices, vetting admission-related information, issuing offers, verifying supporting documents, and supporting student visa applications, etc.
- Conducting data tracking, data analyses and organizing relevant information to compile summary reports.
- Providing support at meetings and recruitment events.
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities, including those relating to admission, outreach, program administration and office administration, as assigned by the management/supervisors.
Applicants should have a recognized bachelor’s degree or associate degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Ideal candidates will be proactive, attentive to details and capable of multi-tasking. They should demonstrate good teamwork abilities, a solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication and organization skills, a strong sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua, is required. A good knowledge of software applications (including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation tools) is essential.
Preference will be given to applicants who are available immediately. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and a written test. (Duration: 3 months)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical benefits will be provided where applicable.
