We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager for a National role in the Facilities Management Division in OCS. This role reports directly to the OCS Account Manager and has responsibility for the Mobilisation & Delivery of Facility Management services on a national basis.

Responsibilities:
- Mobilisation of Services to new and existing sites for our Client – completion of initial site surveys, build relationships with Client & site contacts.
- Overall Management of FM Hard Services and Soft Services on these sites.
- Responsible for all Subcontractors, Service providers, and specialist consultants that service the contract.
- Ensure Safe Systems of Work are reviewed, issued and adhered to for all activities.
- Responsible for ensuring all Preventive Maintenance Tasks are completed safely, on time and in compliance with statutory obligation. Accountability for ensuring statutory maintenance is at 100% compliance.
- Management of CMMS activity including scheduling and allocation of resources to complete Scheduled PPM and reactive works and updating of completed details to CMMS.
- Review of Site Maintenance activity and reports (Technical & Non-Technical) to determine outcome of Service Works provided and ensure any follow up recommendations are reviewed and presented to Client for approval.
- Liaise with Capital Projects in relation to ongoing facilities project works on site.
- Ensure all Costings (Scheduled & Reactive) are uploaded to CMMS, submitted on time and accurate for Client review meetings.
- People Management – carry out performance reviews, coaching and mentoring of direct reports.
- Ongoing Contract relationship management with vendors.
- Responsibility for meeting KPI’s and SLA’s defined within the contract.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external OCS and Client side colleagues.
- Point of escalation for Client side Facility Manager & Regional Managers.
- Implementation of Contract wide Initiatives & Innovations.
- Implementation of best practices to the account.
- Assist the Client with the development of the Operational budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.
- Identify opportunities to self-deliver services.
- Responsibility for Health and Safety (HS) with support from Health and Safety Department.
- To ensure compliance with EH&S legislation.
- Production of Monthly Reports in line with OCS & Client reporting structure.
- Act as Key Stakeholder for any Capital Projects associated for buildings under their remit.
- Responsible for driving energy management initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring all self-delivery PMs are completed safely, on time and in compliance with statutory obligations.
- Negotiate, renegotiate and maintain contracts with vendors.
- Representing Client in correspondents with Site Contacts
- Attending Site Audits – HSQE, Etc.
- Attending Client Meetings as part of overall contract.
- Completed IOSH Managing Safely Training Course
- Legionella Awareness Training
- Lean Sigma Six Yellow Belt Training Completed (Desirable)
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Minimum 5 Years relevant Facility Management experience.
- Budget Management
- Working knowledge of CMMS e.g. Concept.
- Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
- Facilities Management: 5 years (required)
- IOSH Managing Safely Training Course (required)
- Legionella Awareness Training (required)
- Lean Sigma Six Yellow Belt Training (required)
