Key Account Customer Service Specialist (Air Freight)

Our client is a leading International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Bayan Baru. Currently seeking air-logistics talent to support their business expansion.

Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner. Take the lead as a first PIC for customers
Work with internal and external customers to create an exceptional customer service experience
Manage key account/VIP customer expectations
Work with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative Actions
Help craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecards
Process customer orders and routings
Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements
Process customer orders
Coordinate air freight shipments and transport arrangement
Book service with co-loaders for import/export operations
Prepare billings
Import/export permit declarations and customs clearance
Liaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination
Work with internal customers on process improvements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
