At Friesland Campina Consumer Dairy Netherlands, part of the business group Friesland Campina Europe in Amersfoort, we are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial e Commerce manager.
Together with Dutch e Tailers we are leading the growing online food business. The significant dairy share of the online basket obligates Friesland Campina to keep on innovating and stay ahead of competition. And as the e Commerce share already is a significant part of our business, winning in e Commerce is key for winning in the market!

To maintain the pace of the growth towards a 15% online share in 2025, we need to intensify and extend our partnerships and business. In line we are expanding our team and have an open spot for a e Commerce manager.

Wat we vragen

MSc degree, preferably in Business Management or Marketing Management
5+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, ideally within e Commerce at a manufacturer or retailer
Knowledge of the Dutch food retail market and its key players
A strong interest in developing a career in e Commerce
Commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
Proactive team player with a results-oriented approach
Strong analytical and communication skills

Salary between €4,357 and €5,914 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 4% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;
Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home;
200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;
Free milk & cheese during lunch and delicious barista coffee at our headquarters.

As an e Commerce manager at Friesland Campina, your key accountabilities and responsibilities are:

Develop & Manage e Commerce partnerships within bricks & clicks (AH, Jumbo, Plus)
Define and roll out of customer specific strategies (f.e. assortment, promotions, activations, pilots)
Advice and lead Online Retail Media (Sponsored products/display) in collaboration with Retail Media Services at Etailers and brand teams within Friesland Campina
Allocate and manage e Commerce customers budgets
Review and continuously optimize business performance on key e Commerce KPI’s
Connect and align with the offline sales teams, at customer and within Friesland Campina
