We, team Capability Talent Acquisition Friesland Campina Netherlands, are looking for a colleague as Talent Acquisition Partner. Within the Corporate Talent Acquisition team we work with 20+ colleagues on our purpose 'Nourishing by Nature' and of course hire great talent.
In this role you are responsible for end-to-end recruitment of all Finance, Procurement and Enterprise IT positions within our head office in Amersfoort (Hay 14-17 roles in the organization). You ensure a great employee/candidate experience with one touchpoint for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication. Next to that you make successful use of infrastructure i.e. career site, Linked In recruiter seat, saved searches, use of TA dashboard to measure performance of roles. Close collaboration with talent intelligence hub on talent mapping and providing feedback on the skills/role profile.

Wat we vragen
- Master or Bachelor degree, preferably Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or HR;
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Consultant at a recruitment agency;
- Fluent in English;
- Located within a commuting distance to Amersfoort;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, data driven talent approach, result-oriented and enterprising;
- Proven track record in using social media and flexible in adapting it to optimize sourcing strategies, team player, focus on continuous improvement, flexible, curious by nature;

- Salary between €4,350 and €5,700 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 4% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;
- Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home;
- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;
- Free milk & cheese during lunch and delicious barista coffee at our headquarters.

As a Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner you play an essential role in stimulating the growth of Friesland Campina with exceptional talent. As a professional, you represent the interests of our future colleagues and act as a talent advisor to shape our future leadership capabilities. You implement talent strategies to develop a qualified and diverse candidate pool that fits the needs of Friesland Campina. You are responsible for searching, interviewing, evaluating and ultimately hiring candidates. The focus is on finding the right internal and/or external candidates as well as on efficiently leading the selection and recruitment process.
This position requires a good balance between creativity and drive, along with interpersonal knowledge and advanced analytics. You have a proven ability to contribute consistently and positively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, as well as the ability to oversee multiple functions and tasks and manage your own time efficiently.
