At our Head Office in Amersfoort (the Netherlands), we are looking for a high potential Planning & Reporting Analyst.
In this role you are responsible for the consolidated reporting of the Business Group Ingredients (actual and forecast), financial KPI reporting and preparation of Business Group management presentations for the Executive Board. You will participate in leading projects in an international business environment.
You need to deliver timely, adequate, and reliable management information (reports and analysis) in line with corporate guidelines. You work in close alignment with stakeholders at the Business Group level, in the operating companies and corporate departments and in the financial shared service centers in Hungary. The role provides exposure to local and business group Finance teams and Finance Directors and is ideal to gain knowledge on global financial processes and international trade within Friesland Campina as well as different business cultures.

Wat we vragen
- Between 3- 5 years of business control/analyst/audit experience within a similar environment.
- Being able to plan, execute and deliver on time.
- Results oriented.
- Willing to dive into the detail (strong analytical nature) but able to step back and see the bigger picture
- Communication skills and able to work within different cultures
- Proactive and have can-do mentality

Your main accountabilities and responsibilities are:
- Month-end close process for Business Group Ingredients including review and analysis of Op Co financial performance
- Preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews to the Executive Board for the consolidated Business Group results in collaboration with commercial teams (Actual & Outlook)
- Analysis and reporting of financial KPIs: sales – and gross profit variance analysis, turnover analysis per segment (product, brand and country), review and analysis of SG&A and Corporate charges, working capital and cash flow monitoring
- Provide and support the MT of Business Group Ingredients with relevant management information and business analyses to support and optimize decision-making and the financial performance of the BG and Op Co’s
- Provide and support the Group auditor with the relevant “prepared by client” management – and accounting information, analyses and breakdown of material deviations of financial statements per HY and FY
- Perform ICF control and control effectiveness within your entities
- Participation, implementation and execution of (ad hoc) projects in an international business environment
- Development, implementation, maintenance and optimization of procedures, instructions, systems and tools, in line with Corporate guidelines resulting in effective and efficient financial processes
