We are looking for a Assistant Controller to join our team on site at our client, the European Space Agengy ESA-ESTEC in the Nertherlands, Noordwijk.
Main Responsibilities

• Assist in financial control activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.
• Monitor and track financial performance, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews, preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve financial management processes.

Successful Candidate

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in financial control, accounting, or business management roles.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and controls.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
