Yusen Logistics Benelux has branches in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden. We have about 800 colleagues working on these locations. We are looking for an Export Air Freight Forwarding employee to join our team in Amsterdam Schiphol.
Your Role:
- Be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless administrative handling of export airfreight shipments.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, keeping our processes running smoothly.
- Dive into pre-claims handling and proactive solutions to ensure smooth transport.
- Swiftly tackle irregularities and keep our operations on track.
- Showcase your invoicing finesse—timely and accurate handling of supplier invoices.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, agents, suppliers, and global offices.
Who We're Looking For:
- A logistics enthusiast with at least an MBO Level 4 education or equivalent by experience.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dutch is an asset.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Thrives under pressure, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Experience with GDP procedures is a strong bonus!
- Service-oriented with a proactive mindset, ready to go the extra mile.
