For DEPT® Netherlands and Denmark, we are looking for a Head of People who, together with the People team (based in Copenhagen, Rotterdam and Amsterdam), will create the best employee journey, so that our Depsters feel engaged with our organization and our mission.
JOB PURPOSE
As Head of People Benelux-Nordics, you will be a business partner for the Danish and Dutch business teams. You will report to the Head of People EMEA and ensure a People plan that aligns with DEPT®’s global strategy. You will interact with various stakeholders and, with your expertise, provide advice and coaching on all aspects of People topics for both the business and your People team. In this role, you are the HR point of contact for the Management Teams, your team, and all Depsters in Denmark and the Netherlands. Besides this, you are also the lead of the Hospitality team in the Netherlands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnering up with the leadership teams of Denmark and the Netherlands to bring DEPT®’s vision on people-related topics (e.g. culture, succession planning, learning & development, health & wellbeing, etc.) to life;
Leading local projects like Great Place to Work and the yearly employee satisfaction analysis, and proactively facilitating initiatives that come out of these projects;
Leading and further developing a (senior) People team (6 direct reports) in both Denmark and the Netherlands.
Collaborating with the EMEA People team on regional and global projects as our comp&ben strategy, rewarding strategy, DEI, B-corp etc.
Following trends within the market and translating them to new benefits/opportunities for our Depsters;
Making sure that everything you do contributes to our people KPIs: happy Depsters, voluntary attrition, and health & well-being;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An experienced People Lead, preferably within a digital agency / the tech industry;
Excellent and accurate knowledge of HR legislation, policies, processes, and tools in the Netherlands (knowledge of the same in Denmark would be a big plus!);
Someone who is well-versed in stakeholder management;
Someone who can quickly adapt and feel comfortable in a creative and rapidly changing environment;
Someone who is punctual, proactive, has a positive attitude and can work independently;
Someone who can bring fresh thinking and energy to the team with a can-do mentality;
Clear communication and someone who takes ownership over their actions;
Working proficiency of both Dutch and English;
Direct availability to start working in the Netherlands.
