HR & Professional Services Procurement Manager

You'll take a front seat in HR & Professional Services Procurement, being a true Business Partner steering category and driving value creation agenda as well as excellence in category compliance.

About the position
You will join an Indirect Procurement Team and steer the HR & Professional Services category in Europe. Working closely with global HR & Finance stakeholders you will create the category sourcing strategy and drive the sourcing process. You will optimize contracts and quality delivery, and drive savings initiatives. Identifying, mitigating, and escalating performance-related risks as well as commercial and contract issues, ensuring compliance, manage and control specific cost variables.
One of the key elements of your role will be to build a strong network and relations across Business stakeholders and Vendors.
As a strong negotiator, you will land the best possible agreements and working cross-functionally with other departments you will drive continuous improvement of sourcing governance frameworks, processes, and best practices.
You will have an opportunity to leave your own fingerprint on our procurement way of working – cooperating with the Indirect Procurement Team and other functions (Legal, Risk, etc.) you will drive the continuous improvement in sourcing governance frameworks and process areas.

Your exceptional stakeholder management skills make you the brains behind the operations, capable of translating business needs into actionable solutions. You thrive in both independent roles and collaborative team environments. You are fluent in English and proficient in SAP, Excel, Power BI and knowledge of Ariba as a strong asset. You are ready to take the next step in your career.
