Identity and Access Management Expert

We are looking for an experienced candidate to strengthen our Identity and Access management team within Global CISO organization, focused on providing cross-functional services in support in Identity and Access Management domain across ING organization.Provide support and guidance in executing IAM activities, specifically through:

The team

The Global CISO organisation of ING is responsible to assist ING management, business and other tribes in providing customer friendly services in a safe and secure way. Business leaders and CISO are jointly responsible for bank-wide security. CISO is mandated to drive required change in all domains, business and IT.

The Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) is responsible for executing global IAM transformation programs, performing product management for global IAM products, defining IAM standards, monitoring compliance throughout ING and supporting ING in effectively implementing IAM.

Roles and responsibilities

Provide support and guidance in executing IAM activities, specifically through:

• Define and maintain IAM governance documentation (policies, procedures, standards and guidance documents).
• Coordinate and organize problem and issue management concerning IAM.
• Develop and provide training and guidance on IAM related topics.
• Supporting ING entities in using global tools properly.
• Design, develop and implement continuous improvement processes through control automation within IAM area.
• Ensure alignment between Global IAM disciplines and other IT risk domains within Global CISO organization.

You are an energetic and proactive IT Security professional with a affinity to IAM technologies and a positive mentality. Being a team player maintaining working relations comes naturally to you based on social skills rather than using hierarchical structures. You are always a step ahead of issues and your attitude is to support others, but within your area of responsibility.

Being an ambassador for IT Security around a globe, ideally, for this role you have:

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Computer and/or IT Security field.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Security frameworks, standards and best practices, such as ISO27001, COBIT, NIST.
• Experience in risk management, cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of automation techniques and tools (Perl, Python, etc.).
• 8+ years of professional experience within ING and/or experience within other multi-national corporation, in the field of IT security, IT audit or IT Management.
• Related Information Security certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP.
