Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Information Management Activities:
- Oversee information management on client projects, ensuring data is used efficiently to support sustainable energy solutions.
- Conduct analysis of client Information Management (IM) requirements to implement strategies that align with eco-friendly practices.
- Manage tag systems and implement digital tools that enhance project efficiency while promoting the use of renewable energy technologies.
- Improve Systems and Processes:
- Develop and enhance systems that integrate digital tools with engineering and business processes, supporting company-wide sustainability initiatives.
- Establish in-house data standards that drive innovation and improve project outcomes in the renewable energy sector.
- Align engineering processes with best practices in sustainability to ensure minimal environmental impact.
- Innovative Development:
- Guide the development of engineering databases and web applications that support the company’s sustainability goals and optimize digital ecosystems.
- Scope and manage the procurement and implementation of new tools and software that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability across projects.
- Ensure Compliance:
- Ensure all processes and tools comply with industry standards for sustainability and data security, such as IEC and ISO.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, information sciences, or a related field, with a focus on renewable energy or sustainable solutions.
- Proven experience in information management, particularly within the renewable energy or sustainable engineering sectors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
- Experience or knowledge in:
- EPC Projects: Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects focused on sustainable solutions.
- BIM and Sustainable Technologies: Familiarity with Building Information Modeling and the implementation of sustainable technologies.
- Programming and Ontologies: Proficiency in Python and knowledge of ontologies such as CFIHOS, IEC CIM, and ISO 15926.
- Industry Standards: Understanding of industry standards for sustainability, data architecture, and security.
