We are looking for an part-time AP accountant (32 hours weekly) . As an AP Accountant, you lead the daily financial supplier administration of the company. Structured, analytical, communicative, collaborative. These are the qualities we are looking for when we hire a new team member. If you recognize yourself, then you are our candidate!
What are you going to do?

• Accounts payables management
• Supplier management and communication
• Invoice processing, with the support of the financial administrator
• Invoice issue resolution
• Collaborate with other departments within XXLhoreca: support sales teams to keep customers happy and work closely with order management to maintain good supplier relationships.

What do we ask from you?

• 1-2 years finance working experience and/or financial
• Good command of English. Dutch, French or German are a plus!
• Affinity with kitchen products is an advantage
• Experience with financial systems is a plus
• Enthusiasm to develop your finance career
