From our main office in North Holland and regional offices throughout Europe we provide technical, logistical and sales support for the refractories manufactured by Krosaki throughout the world. Group headquarters being in Japan. Our growth is achieved by concentrating on service and relationships with major European Steel Manufacturers.
Krosaki group manufactures and sells refractories since its establishment in 1919 using state-of-the-art technology, demonstrating respect to the law and sensitivity to global environmental challenges.
We are looking for a new colleague in our Technical department.
As a Technical office (junior) engineer you will:

• Assist in the preparation of technical documents, such as drawings, specifications, and material selection reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers in preparing project proposals, cost estimations, and timelines.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and prepare CAD drawings for refractory designs.
• Provide technical assistance to clients, answering inquiries related to product specifications and troubleshooting issues.
• Support site visits, performance analysis, and documentation of project outcomes.
• Stay updated on advancements in automation, robotics, and other relevant technologies for steel plants.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• You have a technical background in engineering and are familiar with CAD tools.
• You enjoy solving technical problems and have a good understanding of materials.
• You can communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, with clients and internal teams.
• You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• You reside in the Netherlands or the EU and have a valid work permit.
• You are open to continuous learning and eager to work with cutting-edge technologies in the refractory and steel industries.
