About the Role
As a Junior CRM Execution Marketeer, you’ll be the link between strategy and execution. Working closely with the CRM Manager and CRM Strategy Specialist, you’ll continuously enhance customer journeys from registration to reactivation. Your responsibilities include coordinating and executing CRM campaigns and communications across multiple channels such as email, SMS, inbox, and push notifications. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly, from briefing to reporting, while testing and optimizing for the best outcomes. You will actively seek new strategies to boost effectiveness across our marketing channels.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end CRM campaigns: from player segmentation to setting up promotions.
• Proposing enhancements for improved personalization and automation.
• Thinking creatively about using tools for bonuses and promotions.
• Setting up, evaluating, and implementing new A/B tests.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and collaborating with data, commercial, design, and compliance teams to keep campaigns current.

Who You Are

• You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking.
• You are precise and know how to structure, organize, and prioritize projects.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges.
• You work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with automated customer lifecycle flows and CRM marketing is a plus.
• You are solution-oriented, with a knack for discovering new, efficient marketing strategies.
• You possess native-level written Dutch and are fluent in English.
