We are located in a beautiful new office with a stunning view right next to the train station of Hoofddorp. The office is easily accessible by both public transport and car. We are looking for someone to fulfill this role as of November 1st, 2024 for 32-40 hours a week. You are the person that colleagues always go to when they have a complaint or concern and want to make sure it is taken seriously and handled in a sensitive way. You like having a job in which no day is the same. You pay excellent attention to detail and always finish what you started. You possess great organisational and communication skills. You are hands-on, pro-active and independent with a large sense of responsibility and take great pride in your work.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact – both in the office as through email/phone;
- Making sure the office always looks neat and tidy and daily operations can run as smoothly and efficient as possible. You do this by creating a pleasant working environment for everyone. This includes organizing maintenance service visits, stock management so that we never run out of office supplies and managing the postal-packaging service;
- Organizing and coordinating meetings including reserving meeting rooms and preparing agendas;
- Organizing staff events such as our Friday drinks;
- Supporting with booking of flights and hotels but also with things like requesting parking permits;
- Fulfilling Health and Safety Officer responsibilities according to legal requirements;
- Offering initial IT assistance and monthly discussions with IT liaison, along with IT-related office and server maintenance;
- Administering supplier and leasing contracts, ABCD database onboarding, and invoice management.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- You live in the Netherlands and are available for 32-40 hours per week;
- You have completed a secondary vocational education (mbo-level) in the area of facility management, hospitality or hotel management or have relevant work experience in a similar environment;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
- You are a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
