What will you do?


As a Payroll Specialist at Bizzdesign, you will ensure timely and accurate salary payments for multiple countries, streamline processes for efficiency, and lead data-driven payroll analytics to improve reporting and controls. You'll also drive automation initiatives to optimize payroll administration.


Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and processing the global monthly payroll cycle in ADP Celergo and local payroll providers.
• Managing deductions such as healthcare contributions, lease cars, and other benefits following the local regulations.
• Handling additional payments like bonuses and benefits.
• Being the first point of contact for our (external) international payroll partners.
• Ensuring payroll compliance with local laws.
• Processing pension contributions in the US and UK.
• Communicating and supporting employees regularly regarding pay, taxes, deductions, and benefits, guiding on payroll-related issues.
• Contributing to payroll improvements and implementation of new countries into the payroll system.
Making sure that accounting is lining up with the payroll output monthly.

What are we looking for?

• You have at least 4 years of demonstrable payroll experience, ideally in a similar role within an international environment.
• You are proficient in payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, Oracle).
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have extensive knowledge of Excel.
• You can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• You must be fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• You have a service-oriented work ethic, striving to support colleagues and managing expectations effectively.
• You are skilled at handling the pressure and stress of the monthly payroll cycle, thriving in a fast-paced office environment where strict deadlines and ambiguity are the norm.
• You possess an intrinsic drive to improve, develop, and initiate new processes, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and performance.
