What you do on a typical day

• Manage, analyze and improve the process flows in our warehouse.
• Create balance in the order flow
• Handle order waves in the Warehouse Management System in most efficient way
• Create layouts and material flows
• Coordinating with Team Leaders on calculating & scheduling the workforce
• Identify inefficiencies or process bottlenecks and make necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
• Continuously monitor workflows and processes to maintain smooth operations and high performance.

What you need to succeed

• Experience in a similar role within logistics and warehousing
• Strong communicative skills in English are a must
• Experience using WMS is a must, Reflex knowledge is a very nice to have
• Implementation experience an advantage
• Excel experience is a must
