Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Global Product & Commercial Training - Programme Manager in our Global Lotus Retail Academy to join us in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.

Summary:
This role will be part of the Global Lotus Retail Academy team responsible for structuring, developing, adapting and deploying training content for all Lotus retail commercial and technical activities across the Globe. This role will work alongside the core Global Retail Academy team, External Suppliers and Regional Offices to support the delivery of the Global Lotus Retail Training strategy from a Product and Commercial Soft Skills standpoint.


What you'll do:

• Contribute and pilot Retail Academy strategy supporting Lotus Retail customer facing functions excellence.
• Be the central communication point between agencies developing and delivering training, Lotus Engineering, Product Marketing and SMEs to plan, design and deliver impactful product training.
• Consolidate business and product information available in order to pilot outsourced partners responsible for developing and delivering trainings based on the needs and expectations
• Closely monitor allocated budget, business KPIs, related training performances and define action plans with the Global Training Project Manager
• Structure and define the blended curriculum – pathways for all Lotus Retail customer facing functions by:
• Assessing, collecting, and identifying the training gaps and needs from internals Subject Matter Experts, Regional offices and learners
• Defining and analysing retail knowledge assessments
• Creating the connection between the pure product information, the customers benefits and the sales or services tactics supporting sales objectives

What you'll bring:

• Automotive Product experience is essential
• At least 5 years of experience in Project management in a complex environment such as automotive, ideally in premium brand
• Willing to work with multiple regions, cultures, internal stakeholders and agencies mainly remote
• Excellent communication skills with a full proficiency in English. Any other additional European language is highly desirable
• Organized, reliable and results-driven professional
• Must have a practical mind to solve problems
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a big picture vision

Additional Information:

• This role will be working from our Amsterdam office within our flexible working policy
• Frequent travel will be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions
