We’re looking for energetic and tech-savvy Warehouse Workers to join our team in Waardenburg. This is your chance to be part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and growth!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Every day in our warehouse brings something new and exciting. Here’s a peek at what you’ll be doing in 40 hours per week across two shifts between 07:00 - 20:00:
- Ensure that packing quality criteria meet the customer’s requirements;
- Be responsible for counting, picking, packing, labelling and processing the orders;
- Verify quality and quantity of the products;
- Put data in the system, work with scanners and WMS;
- Help with loading, unloading the trucks;
- Making goods ready for shipping;
- Administrative work;
- Contact our customers;
- Support the flow of products and stock through a warehouse;
- Be a part of enthusiastic and supportive team of professionals;
- Support other department in warehouse, if needed
- Any other ad-hoc tasks requested by your superior.
You’re more than just a warehouse worker—you’re someone who enjoys a challenge, can adapt to different situations, and is ready to bring their best every day. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Flexibility in Shifts: You’re okay with switching shifts, doing some overtime, and occasionally working on Saturdays, if needed.
- Warehouse Experience: With 2-3 years of solid warehouse experience, you’re confident in your skills and know how to get the job done.
- Tech-Savvy: You’ve got experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanners, so you’re ready to hit the ground running.
- Bonus Points for Robotics: If you’ve worked with robotic picking machines like the BD Rowa, that’s a big plus in our book!
- Professional Communication: You’re comfortable sending professional emails to customers and handling communications with ease.
- Analytical Skills: You’re good at analyzing data and solving problems on the fly.
- Customer Service: You have a customer-oriented mindset, always ready to help and ensure satisfaction.
- MS Office Skills: You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and can use it to keep things organized.
- Team Spirit: You bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and you love being part of a team.
- English Communication: You can communicate in English without any issues.
- Safety First: You’ve got your own safety shoes and are always ready to work safely.
