As IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology solutions align with and enhance our business goals. You’ll take ownership of IT projects from planning to execution, all while maintaining the efficient day-to-day operations of our systems. Reporting directly to the CISO, you will manage a small but dynamic team, based in Oslo and Stockholm. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging IT with other departments, ensuring technology supports every aspect of our growing business.

What you'll do as IT Manager:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute key IT projects that align with our business strategy.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our IT systems, ensuring they run efficiently and securely.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues across Scandinavia, troubleshooting and improving their IT experience.
• Actively engage with other departments, helping them leverage IT tools and solutions to enhance their operations.
• Manage, mentor, and grow the IT operations team across multiple locations.
• Keep the business up to date with the latest trends in IT, continuously identifying areas for improvement and implementing the right solutions.
• Support company growth through IT integration for acquisitions
• Manage the IT budget regarding hardware, licenses and cloud.
• Together with the Security Department, ensure compliance with security standards, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.

What we're looking for in an IT Manager:

• Technical expertise: You have solid experience with the Microsoft stack (Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Defender++), and a deep understanding of Saa S systems and integrations. You're comfortable navigating both Mac and Windows environments.
• Strategic mindset: You think beyond just the “now,” always looking for ways that IT can propel the business forward.
• Curious and proactive: You’re always up to date with the latest IT trends and know how to apply them to benefit the business.
• Hands-on leader: You don’t just manage from the sidelines—you roll up your sleeves, actively working on projects while guiding your team.
• Excellent communicator: You know how to listen and collaborate with different teams and departments, helping them see how IT can improve their workflows and operations.
