Cab Dispatcher / Cab Call Operator

Urban Communications has been providing customer support services since December 2018 with headquarters located in Islamabad, Pakistan. We are registered in the UK & USA and have almost 50 employees that provide customer support solutions. We also provide a range of other services such as sales, lead generation, appointment setting, software development, website development and management and business coaching.
Role Description
Urban Communications is seeking a full-time on-site Cab Call Operator / Telephone Operator / Taxi Operator for our Islamabad location. The successful candidate will assist customers in booking cabs and taxis, answer incoming calls, connect customers with drivers, manage dispatch & drivers, and provide customer support in a polite and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Must be proficient with i Cabbi
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with using computers
- Availability to work in flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required
Ideal shift: 5 nights per week 10pm-10am
Salary: PKR 400 per hour but negotiable depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs400.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Are you willing to work night shifts?

- Are you available to join within 1 week?
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
- Cab Call Operating: 2 years (Required)
