About this opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated experienced Dev Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to automate deployment processes, streamline operations, and enhance system monitoring and management. Will also be responsible for addressing production-related issues, ranging from infrastructure to application issues, while liaising with the development team for swift resolutions. Additionally, extensive interaction with clients in middle east region, to uphold contractual obligations and SLAs, as well as drive permanent solutions for client issues. Candidate must have experience in applications migration from private data center to public cloud. Also, he must have hands on experience in GCP and AWS services including administration. Good knowledge of Azure will be considered as plus point.

What you will do:
The skills you bring:

Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud - Implement and maintain Cloud access, data backup and security policies.
- Setup a support organization from scratch, build and enhance support processes as per international standards
- Configure and maintain Kubernetes in cloud environment including upgrade and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in implementing deployment strategies and releases management.
- Implementation of automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with software development teams to setup OR optimize multi environment CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient delivery of software releases.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Drive permanent solutions for client issues, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Setting up and manage the monitoring and operational dashboard like open search, Prometheus and Grafana
- Implement and conduct testing of backup and recovery procedures to verify successfully restored in the event of a disaster or data loss.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a secure Dev Ops framework
- Integration of DAST and SAST tools and services in CI/CD pipelines
The skills you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Dev Ops or related roles, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Ia C) tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Hands on skill in DB Management including setting up databases on AWS/GCP platforms
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD including cloud provided CI/CD services.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack/Open Search, or Splunk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Certifications AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Dev Ops Engineer will be given high preference.
