JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
• Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock

REQUIREMENTS:

• Atleast 1 years work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Proficient in MS OFFICE

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
