Position Overview:
The Manager Onboarding will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new customers at YAP Pakistan. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless, compliant, and user-friendly onboarding experience, driving customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) regulations during the onboarding process.

• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory standards are upheld.

• Develop strategies to optimize the onboarding process, reducing customer friction while maintaining security.

• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding journey.

• Manage a team responsible for onboarding support and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Track and report on key metrics related to onboarding, such as conversion rates and onboarding times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer onboarding, ideally in the banking or fintech sector.

• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and CFT regulations.

• Proven ability to manage teams and improve onboarding processes.
