Sales Assistant

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of chemicals or chemistry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with sales software or ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of Chemistry and Chemicals is plus.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing and ensure accurate and timely input of sales orders into our system.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and assisting with order status updates.
- Sales Team Support: Provide assistance to sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing follow-ups.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order history, and product inventory levels in CRM systems.
- Market Research: Assist with market research by gathering data on competitors, industry trends, and potential clients to support sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Compile and generate sales reports for management review, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales progress.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
- Follow-Up Skills: Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and internal teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and resolution of any issues.
- Departmental Responsibility: Oversee all roles and responsibilities related to the Sales department.
- Female candidates only.
- Full-time position (Office Based).
