The EXCLUSIVE distributor of Chery Auto, Lynk & Co , BAIC vehicle & Mutt Motorcycle here in the Philippines is looking for Accounts Receivable Assistant
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving, verifying, and processing of Chery Parts Sales Order from Parts Department. Invoice conversion and updating of Chery Parts Sales in Accounting Database, checking system Entries
• Preparing, reconciling and Sending of Chery Parts Monthly Statement of Account to all chery dealerships
• Prepares and converting of Parts System invoice into BIR Registered Sales Invoice
• Prepares and submits monthly Parts Sales reports to Tax Compliance department
• Posting of Cash and Check collections from Chery Parts Sales, identifying unknown deposits, and transmitting the same Treasury Department
• Corresponds with co-workers and other departments
• Other Reports and Tasks as necessary

COMPETENCIES:
Training and Technical Knowledge

• Knowledgeable in MS applications especially MS excel.
• Analysis and attention to details
• Spreadsheet proficiency.

Office Location:
728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City (Gray Building with Mutt Motorcycle signage beside Petron Gas Station)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
