POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY
As part of Internal Firm Services, Engagement Concierge (“EC”) team gives the opportunity to provide administrative support to US employees while working remotely. Driving new digital ways of working, Workplace Solutions help unlock new opportunities for the team members, organization and clients through competency enhancement, collaboration, automation, quality, innovation and integrated global delivery.
REPORTING
This position will report to the Virtual Concierge Supervisor.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
This role will allow you to apply and expand your customer service skills as well as efficiency and flexibility as a virtual concierge professional in a fast-paced, remote set-up. You would also get the opportunity to collaborate and work closely with Executives and teams in Pw C US, coming from different lines of services and functions, as the need for virtual concierge spans across the lines of services in the firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and update invoices and billings.
- Drafting of credit memos and expense reports as well as billing research.
- Generate various accounting (hours, time and expenses) reports through e GFS tool.
- Perform travel management related tasks such as domestic and international bookings as well as updating and cancellations of bookings.
- Arrange travel accommodation requirements.
- Perform time and expense transfers (revenue allocation) and Pw C role changes in my Engage tool.
- Perform other engagement maintenance related tasks such as performance variance, partial/full zero clear, code closures and accounts payable adjustments.
- Perform self-review of all deliverables.
- Work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in office management, tourism management, administrative support, or other discipline
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant or other relevant experience
- Must have a background handling international account or clients
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule and 2x a week RTO
- Amenable to work onsite for the first 1 month
- With strong communication skills
Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
