Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Ø Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing sellers to sell products and services.
- Ø Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ø Up-Selling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing sellers.
- Ø Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ø Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to sellers.
- Ø Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ø Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the sales team and management on seller needs, market trends, and competition.
- Ø Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Ø Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues partners/sellers may encounter during the onboarding process, escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Ø Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience for partners/sellers.
- Ø Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of partner onboarding, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ø Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ø Experience: 6 months of experience in Sales, seller support, partner onboarding, customer service, or a related role. Experience in the e-commerce industry is a must.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends
- 13th month salary
