Business Development Representative (sales support & lead generation experience)

ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to support their sales team by managing inbound leads, coordinating introductory calls and exploration sessions, and assisting with proposal development. This position ensures that leads are engaged effectively and that the sales pipeline operates smoothly.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Perform the following tasks involving lead management and follow-up:
  • Monitor and manage inbound leads, ensuring they are enrolled in appropriate workflows and followed up promptly
  • Engage with prospects via email and phone, especially those who have not responded to automated workflows, using pre-defined templates
  • Perform the following tasks involving prospect engagement and scheduling:
  • Schedule and set up introductory calls and exploration sessions for sales executives, ensuring all meetings are well-prepared and documented
  • Prepare and develop sales proposals, gather necessary documentation, and ensure all information is accurate
  • Perform the following communication and collaboration tasks:
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Executives to ensure smooth communication and collaboration, addressing any needs promptly
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally and provide relevant resources and information as needed
  • Perform the following data management and reporting tasks:
  • Update CRM systems regularly with new and accurate information, ensuring that all sales data is current and comprehensive
  • Review the sales board for new opportunities and update records as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Experience in a sales support or lead generation role
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Hub Spot
  • Strong written and oral English proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
