Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced candidate aspiring for growth in a multicultural, knowledge services environment as a group associate. The role will support seamless operation of sales and delivery functions of ECCI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing Support
  • Work with the BU Head / Delivery Head to draft and package project proposals
  • Prepare and maintain project service agreements
  • Update CRM software (Hubspot) with new deals and related attachments upon submission
  • Regularly monitor and update deal status on Hubspot.
  • Maintain integrity of marketing collaterals for consistent use
  • Keep track of existing organizational memberships and related events on a regular basis
  • Provide support as necessary for social media and blog posts
  • Provide support and ensuring compliance in bidding process of a project.
Knowledge Management (KM)
  • Actively maintain the KM Portal (KMP) ; keep the KMP always up to date.
  • Ensure daily reviews of updates from other team members, follow-up to closure.
Project Delivery Tracking / Support
  • Ensure regular update when it comes to new projects, completed projects and project status
  • Create and coordinate PTF (Project Turnover Form) to OSG (Admin) for new projects
  • Coordinate with consultants to
  • ensure timesheet submission, updates and approval.
  • verify and update task/milestones progress against due date
  • Create weekly time summary per project to measure planned vs actual; report to Delivery head
  • Prepare and maintain external consultant contracts as necessary based on existing process
  • Initiate and collect customer satisfaction after each milestone and end of project
  • Ensure timely billing and payment for projects based on milestone completion
  • Update collections report on regular basis
  • Work with OSG to seek updates on Payables on a weekly basis.
Expectations
  • Degree in Communication Arts, Mass Comm., Marketing, Business studies or any related fields
  • 2+ years of work experience in the field of Documentation, PMO, Administration, HR functions.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in working with suppliers/service providers
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment and applies critical thinking
  • Open-minded and enthusiastic to engage with different stakeholders
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (is a PLUS)
  • Able and equipped to work remotely
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Conversant with data review, analysis and reporting
  • Proactively escalate and resolve any issues on timely manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
