Job Overview
The HR Head is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resource functions within the organization. This role involves managing the HR department, ensuring that all HR policies and practices align with company objectives and legal requirements. The HR Head will be accountable for a broad range of human resource disciplines, including compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, recruitment, selection, and internal communication.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and labor laws, contributing to the overall corporate HR strategy.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and professional HR service across the organization.
  • Maintain HR procedures that align with labor regulations to ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified management staff, with a focus on employee retention and key talent identification.
  • Actively support the selection and recruitment of competent employees to uphold corporate standards.
  • Manage the organization's overall employment and training requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective selection tools and methods to ensure the recruitment and promotion of individuals with the necessary competencies.
  • Participate in company management reviews and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Take part in ad-hoc committees such as Internal Quality Audits, administrative investigations, and company-organized events.
  • Develop and execute the HR business plan in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Continuously enhance HR systems and processes to manage critical areas such as:
  • Performance Management
  • Reward and Recognition Programs
  • Employee Retention
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs in collaboration with the Administration and Finance departments.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • As required, undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the company, in line with its business prerogatives.
What our Client is Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations or a Bachelor of Laws is an advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills, with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
  • Comprehensive experience across all key HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
