We are urgently looking for a Junior Events Monitoring Support Specialist to join one of our global clients
Client Industry: Energy and Utilities
Salary: ₱ 60,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: 24x7, Shifting Schedule
Location: Pasig City
Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor application, infrastructure, and telecoms using monitoring tools
• Analyze alerts, assess impact, create incidents and raise the service owner
• Support the technical teams during incident management by producing charts and custom reports from monitoring tools as requested
• Work with SMEs in producing insight reports of Events and optimizing the use of the monitoring tools

What our Client is Looking For:

• At least 1 year of working experience working on data center operations, specifically monitoring applications and infrastructure using any of the monitoring tools including:
• Dynatrace
• Nagios
• Solarwinds
• Spunk
