We are looking for a meticulous, responsible, and data-savvy Facebook Leads Management Assistant to manage and optimize potential leads generated from our Facebook ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leads Management:
- Organize potential leads from Facebook ad campaigns.
- Classify leads according to predefined standards.
- Ensure all lead information is accurate and complete, and update the database regularly.
2. Data Analysis and Summarization:
- Regularly generate and update leads data reports, including metrics such as quantity, source, and conversion rates.
3. Supporting the Sales Team:
- Assist the sales team in resolving issues and challenges related to leads management.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth and consistent information flow.
- Participate in regular team meetings to report on progress and data analysis results.
Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with Meta systems is preferred.
• Excellent data analysis and processing skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and use new tools and systems.
